RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICIES


1.Return Terms and Conditions:
Customers can place a return request within 24Hours of material delivery.
Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Customers are required to share an unboxing video to initiate the return process.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and  Contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment methods within 7-10 Business Days.


2.Returns Not Applicable:
Returns are not possible under the following circumstances:
Return request is made outside the specified 24 Hours time frame.
If the customer fails to submit an unboxing video.
The product is damaged due to use.
The product is not in the same condition as received.
Defective products with no warranty cover by the manufacturer.
Consumable items like battery plastic cases, UVC bulbs, etc., that have been used or installed.
Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
Specific non-returnable items, as mentioned on each product page.


3.Return and Replacement Process:
Contact our team within 1 days of delivery to initiate a return via call or message or Email.
Our technical team visually verifies return request details and issues an RMA number for the return process.
Upon receiving the product, our experts **verify the reported issue and dispatch replacement items with prepaid shipping costs. 
 If the product is out of stock for replacement, a 100% refund will be issued
No warranty applies if the product has been subjected to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or alteration. 
Due to the nature of our products and our strict quality policy, order cancellations and returns without a valid reason are not accepted. 
YellowTommy reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund request

CANCELLATION POLICY


You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.
Contact yellowtommy team for cancellation requests.
If cancelled after shipment, courier charges and 10%* of product cost will be deducted from the order value.
Advance payments made for customized bulk orders are non-refundable in the event of order cancellation.

GUARANTEE/WARRANTY

All items are delivered with a standard warranty of 6 months (unless otherwise specified on the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect.
If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery of any defective product.
 We will replace or repair the damaged products free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. 
No warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
The product needs to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us along with the unboxing video. We will estimate the damages and then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace, we will provide a full refund.

We accept no responsibility for the improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical compone
